Utah women's basketball fell to LSU yesterday, 66-63. The Utes battled the Tigers in a tight game that came down to the final seconds. The Utes were the highest seed remaining in the Greenville 2 Regional, but the Tigers were favored to win and advance to the Elite Eight. Despite the loss, it was a historic season for the Utes. Friday was their third overall appearance in the Sweet Sixteen and their first since 2006. The team's success didn't go unnoticed.
