Dear Yogi,
The Sun moves into the sign of Cancer, the Northern Hemisphere turns to Summer, the Southern side transitions into Winter, and… Wednesday, June 21st, is International Day of Yoga! The theme is Humanity and we invite everyone, everywhere to celebrate the power of practicing yoga – together.
Esther Ekhart is teaching a free, all-levels, LIVE practice designed to nurture feelings of love, cultivate compassion and realise our interconnectedness. Experiencing our shared humanity means acknowledging that all of us – regardless of background, culture or identity – are fundamentally connected and share emotions and aspirations.
We hope to see you on Wednesday!
