 THE WAY WE'RE COOKING NOW  If you’ve been using all your sourdough discard on pancakes, you may have noticed that sourdough pancakes aren’t like other pancakes. They’re denser, heavier, sort of spongy, and honestly? Not that great! That’s why we’ve switched from sourdough pancakes to sourdough crepes, which are light, lacy, and perfect stuffed with everything from cinnamon sugar to scrambled eggs.
