Pollution kills 9 million people a year, researchers say
The United States is the only industrialized country listed in the top 10 countries with the worst pollution rates. Reuters estimated that one in every six deaths throughout the world is due to pollution.
The new bill would prevent almost all abortions after the fertilization stage of development. There are concerns about the bill, however. Press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said of the bill that "it adopts Texas’ absurd plan to allow private citizens to sue their neighbors for providing reproductive health care and helping women to exercise their constitutional rights.”
