How It Started
A spreadsheet—that’s the genesis of this Toronto-based full-fledged financial service provider. In 2012, founder Michael Katchen created a spreadsheet with tips to help his colleagues set up investment portfolios. The spreadsheet sparked the idea of instituting Wealthsimple.
