| | ð¸ Set up appointments at ITB Match & Meet Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use the networking function for your trade show success. You can find all the answers to your questions in more detail on the How to website.
| Step 1: Access Match & Meet With your ITB Berlin ticket youâve received an individual deep link to the ITB Match & Meet function by e-mail. Your basic information from the ticket registration is automatically transferred to your profile.
Step 2: Set up your profile Complete your profile in the ITB Match & Meet tool by selecting your personal areas of business and interests. The more precisely your profile is maintained, the more accurate your personal matching suggestions with other participants will be.

Step 3: Start the matchmaking A smart matching scale identifies attendees with matching interests. Important to know: ITB Match & Meet refers to people, NOT exhibiting company brands. Once youâve found a potential business partner, send a contact request.
Step 4: Arrange appointments Itâs a match?! Once the other person has approved your contact request, you can use the chat function to exchange information or request an appointment for ITB Berlin 2025 using the online calendar function.

 | 13th day of barrier-free tourism on 5 March | As part of ITB Berlin, the 13th Day of barrier-free tourism will take place on 5 March from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm at the CityCube Berlin, A5.
Experts from around the world will discuss current topics related to inclusion in tourism. The program includes keynote speeches, best practices, and panel discussions. On-site participation requires a trade visitor ticket, while online participation is free.
