Dear Yogi,
Moving through the world with confidence is such a sought-after quality, and we’re not talking about a puffed up chest and loud chatter, but real confidence - which is quiet and deep, where you no longer need to prove anything or justify your place in the world.
It’s a beautiful quality where the mental and the physical are in sync, and a strong sense of being presents itself in an upright posture, open shoulders and a genuine smile. But it can also work the other way around; working on our strength and balance can cultivate this sense of grounding, stability and calm self-confidence.
