In the wake of the election, some people have been pushing the narrative that Gary Johnson's candidacy hurt Hillary and made Trump win. The opposite is more likely to be true.
Good lawyers don’t deplore their judges and jurors — advice to the young and politically minded
You're a lawyer; your client is your ideas and ideals; the voters are your judges and jurors. Except you can't strike people from the jury because they're prejudiced, or because you think they are. You're stuck with them, and they'll be passing judgment on your client. Now what are you going to do?
 
Maybe the ‘irrational’ election-related fears of college students aren’t so irrational
Because they have grown up in an intolerant monoculture, it’s not irrational for students to fear the potential consequences of intolerance from the other side.
