It's hard for the Obama administration and its supporters to appeal to constitutional norms in trying to persuade the Senate to formally consider the Garland nomination, when the administration has disrespected such norms in a variety of contexts.
It’s ‘harassment’ for a sixth-grader to criticize vegetarianism to a vegetarian classmate
The decision also notes that the student told the classmate that “it's not good to not eat meat” and that “he should eat meat because he'd be smarter and have bigger brains.” That's "harassment, intimidation or bullying," New Jersey authorities concluded.
