How Cartoons Inspired The Future Of Tech
 

Hindsight is 20/20. Or in the case of tech innovation, more like a foreshadowing of the future. In the 1960s, the Jetsons had a sassy robot, Rosie. In the 1980s Inspector Gadget had an assistant with a laptop that could search “the Web.” In the 1980s The Simpsons had a VR-based gaming system that looked remarkably like the Oculus Rift.
