It’s the phrase used by countless swimmers, including myself, as an excuse as to why we perpetually fail to make ourselves look like anything other than wacky, waving, inflatable tube people when we participate in any sport that doesn’t take place in a body of water. 2021 SEC Women’s Championship Day 4: Kentucky Wins First SEC Title

The 2021 SEC Women’s Swimming and Diving Championship continued with Saturday’s Day 4 finals and the meet capped in historic fashion.

Kentucky won its first ever SEC team championship with a combination of strong top-level point-scorers and depth that placed a multitude of swimmers in the finals.

2021 ACC Women’s Swimming & Diving Championships Day Four Finals Live: Madden Nails 15:45 1650, UVA Wins Team Title

The University of Virginia won its 12th ACC title since 2008 as the Cavaliers won the 1650, 100 free, 200 fly and 400 free relay on the final night in Greensboro, North Carolina as the focus now shifts to the NCAA championships in four weeks. NC State finished in second, who won the two ACC titles in 2017 and 2019 that Virginia did not win, and Louisville finished in third.
