World Champ Caeleb Dressel Bests Olympic Titlist Joseph Schooling in 100 Butterfly at ISCA Senior Cup

The Friday night session of the ISCA International Senior Cup had some international-podium flavor when it came to the 100-meter butterfly.

The 100 fly offered a clash between the reigning Olympic champion, Joseph Schooling, and Caeleb Dressel, the gold medalist at the past two editions of the World Championships. In this latest matchup, it was all Dressel, who touched the wall in 51.69 to claim victory by more than a second.

A Reminder of the 2020 (2021) Olympic Trials Qualifying Times

The countdown is on again to the United States Olympic Trials. The qualifying competition for the Olympic Games in Tokyo is scheduled for June 13-20, 2021 in Omaha, Nebraska, marking the fourth consecutive time the meet will be held in the midwest city. The Olympic Trials will see the debut of the men’s 800 and women’s 1500 freestyle events as they were added to the Olympic schedule for the first time by the IOC.
