We've all seen the anxiety-inducing photos and videos of carefree crowds sipping in the streets sans masks now that New York City is firmly in Phase 2 of its economic reopening, which has loosened restrictions on bars and restaurants. Unsurprisingly, young people seem to be the biggest offenders. According to Patch, New Yorkers have made nearly 2,400 calls to 311 since Phase 2 began on June 22nd and some of the city's trendiest neighborhoods have gotten the most social distancing complaints.
