Who says you can’t cook seasonally in the winter? Citrus is plentiful in February, so start squeezing in dishes like lemony chicken, grapefruit salad, pasta al limone, and more. If you’re really in a pinch to get dinner on the table, try one of my top Instant Pot recipes or even consider whipping up a dinner “pie” using store-bought crust and whatever veggies you have on hand. Of course, don’t forget your glass of Chardonnay to top it all off!
