Member Experience Matters!
... was one of the biggest takeaways from the 2021 Trade Show season (IHRSA, Club Industry, Tech Summit, etc).
Why does it matter so much? Well, if you go to a restaurant and receive bad service, are you more or less likely to return to that establishment?
If the airline you're flying loses your bag while traveling home for the holidays, are you more or less likely to fly that airline again?
The feedback that our members can provide is invaluable to a Gym Operator's ability to cultivate the best possible experience for its members.
and ... Investing in your Member Experience is an investment that can Pay. You. Back! If you can use a piece of feedback to effect a positive change that leads to higher levels of member satisfaction, you're extending the lifespan of that member. Happy members last longer. That's just one example.
Without member feedback, making changes can be like guesswork for an Operator.
But why guess when you can ask? Why use a pen and paper to record the feedback ... or manually send 1-1 emails ... or use a spreadsheet to track comments??
