| ITB BERLIN CONVENTION | TAILOR-MADE INPUT & LATEST EXPERTISE | | How can tourism reposition itself in the face of numerous challenges? With dedicated tracks for the business travel and MICE market, the carrier and cruise business, as well as destination marketing, the ITB Berlin Convention is looking for answers tailored to specific target groups.
| DESTINATION TRACKS | Professor Dr. Harald Pechlaner, Chair of Tourism at the University of Eichstätt, will discuss how destination managers can look for innovation in the Destination Track. Dirk Rogl (Managing Director, Travel Commerce), Alexa Brandau (Director Media Management, German National Tourist Board), Jan Hutton (CEO, Australia Tourism Data Warehouse) and Keith Tan (CEO, Singapore Tourism Board) analyse the impact of digitalisation.
Current responses to growing climate protection requirements are the subject of the Sustainable Destination Track, which will present, among other things, best practice examples from a wide range of destinations as well as the winners of this year's TO DO! Award.

CARRIER & CRUISE TRACK | Strategies in the environment of global crises are the focus of the Carrier and Cruise Track:
The future of luxury cruising will be discussed by Andreas Nüssel (Managing Director Europe, Silversea Cruises), Michael Ungerer (CEO, Explora Journeys), Douglas Prothero (CEO, Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection) and Markus Stumpe (CEO, B&S Media).
How the industry can respond to decarbonisation and new consumer trends will be discussed by Carl-Eric Schelleman (General Manager Germany, Air France-KLM Group), Björn Bender (CEO, Rail Europe) and Kevin Bubolz (Vice President, Norwegian Cruise Line).

| BUSINESS TRAVEL TRACK | The Business Travel Track offers exciting insights into the topic of business travel: Suzanne Neufang (CEO, Global Business Travel Association) presents research data on the future of the segment. Joachim Schmidt (Sales Director, Egencia) will discuss the market with regard to hybrid forms of employment, Luis Roever (Executive Director E-Mobility, Sixt SE) the growing demand for e-mobility.

MICE TRACK | The influence of changing business models on the event and conference market is the subject of the MICE Track on 9 March on the Green Stage in Hall 3.1.
Experts from the Association of Event Organisers (VDVO) will analyse industry-relevant trends and present best cases with professionals from the segment.
