It's June, which means that we at Technical.ly have officially kicked off
Racial Equity in Tech Month. Throughout this month, we'll be making a point to cover issues of equity in the tech ecosystem, as well as the organizations and people working to combat those persistent disparities in Baltimore.
This newsletter features a story about 10 organizations doing such work, but we know they're not the only ones. So, we ask all of you: What digital equity-concerned stories should we be covering? Whom should we profile? What programs are making a difference? What are the major issues surrounding digital equity that need to be addressed in Baltimore?
P.S. Below, you'll spot the latest story from This Week in Milwaukee Rising. This Technical.ly series highlights the social entrepreneurs, civic technologists and creative innovators who are most shaping the Midwest city, especially those focused on bringing a more just, equitable and dynamic Milwaukee economy.
