After declining three consecutive days on rising inflation fears and concerns into earnings, U.S. stocks rebounded sharply led by solid gains. The surge came despite those same issues after we saw another hawkish inflation report and sky-rocketing energy costs as oil gained almost 10% in 2-days. The Dow rose 1.01%, the S&P 500 gained 1.12%, and the NASDAQ climbed 2.03% by close yesterday.
Futures were up in the pre-market session this morning, with Dow futures reporting 0.11% gains, S&P futures up 0.03%, and Nasdaq futures up by 0.17%.
