Economists and housing researchers are seeing early signs of the housing market cooling down — but you shouldn't expect to see prices drop in Utah, according to a new analysis from Fortune.

The report found:

• A 0% to 20% chance of price drops in Logan, Ogden-Clearfield, Salt Lake City, Provo-Orem and St. George.
• A 50% to 70% chance of price drops in Boise, Idaho, and
  Coeur D’Alene, Idaho.
• An over 70% chance of drops in Prescott Valley, Arizona;
  Lake Havasu City-Kingman, Arizona; Bend, Oregon; and
  Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Why it matters: Housing experts say it's hard to imagine a "bubble" burst in Utah's near future as long as the state continues to see a housing shortage and a strong economy.

U.S. should prepare for a ‘cornered, delusional’ Vladimir Putin using nuclear weapons, Mitt Romney says

Why:

• Russia’s foreign minister and its ambassador to the U.S. have both signaled that Russia’s “debacle” in Ukraine could lead to a nuclear strike.
• Russian President Vladimir Putin himself has said he has weapons his opponents do not and that he will “use them, if needed,” according to Utah Sen. Mitt Romney.

• CIA Director William Burns has warned of the possibility that Putin could use a tactical nuclear weapon, even if there is no “practical evidence” right now to suggest it is imminent.

• By invading Ukraine, Putin has already proved that he is capable of “illogical and self-defeating” decisions, Romney said.

"Failing to continue to support Ukraine would be like paying the cannibal to eat us last," Romney said. "If Mr. Putin, or any other nuclear power, can invade and subjugate with near impunity, then Ukraine would be only the first of such conquests."
