About twenty years ago, Reuven Geshayed was walking through the parking lot of Sheba Medical Center at about 6:30 in the morning when he stopped short. He saw a woman and child asleep inside a nearby car.

Concerned, he tapped on the window.

“Is everything okay?”

“Yes, yes, everything is fine,” the woman inside the car replied. “My daughter was here last night for her cancer treatment which ended at 7 pm. Instead of driving home for 2 hours in the car and back, sitting in the car for another two hours this morning for the 7:30 am treatment, we decided to sleep overnight here…in the car.”

This incident planted the seed for Rachashei Lev founder, Reuven Geshayed in 2007, he fulfilled his dream.
