Make something fun, explore the backyard, learn something new, challenge the family to a competition and much more.

Practice physical, not social distancing!

Now more than ever, it's important we stay connected with our neighbours and community. Some ideas on how to do this safely are:
  • Create a Facebook / WhatsApp support page for your street
  • Follow your local residents association Facebook page
  • Chat to your neighours over a fence, across balconies or from the end of the driveway
  • Do exercises together, on individual driveways
  • Check in with elderly or vulnerable neighbours to make sure they're ok
  • Participate in the Rainbow Trail or Bear Hunt to brighten a child's day
