Sunday: Get down with a silk pillow case
I am really pooped after having family over for a big barbecue. It was super fun, but it involved lots of cooking and cleaning up—plus I went on a run today. I was ready to hit the hay by 9:30 p.m., but first I chatted with my 19-year-old daughter who is home from college for the summer. Then I planned a few things that need to get done this week with my husband, so it was 10:45 p.m. by the time I turned off the lights. I always delight in sliding between my sheets (my pillowcase is satin which is both comfy and keeps my curly hair from frizzing overnight). I fell asleep in about a minute.
