You probably know the feeling: You’re out with your partner or a friend and they’re constantly checking their phone — whether it’s scrolling through Instagram or responding to texts. But did you know there's a name for this behavior? It’s “phubbing,” or being snubbed by someone who is on their phone. I’m sure you’ve been on the receiving end of it, and it’s probably safe to say you’ve phubbed someone yourself. We don’t blame you!
