There's ice cream in these desserts!
These are so cool, so much fun! We've long made Baked Alaska as a full sized cake. Then we made Baked Alaska in a Cup. Then we made individual desserts.
Make little round brownies with a muffin pan. Put a big scoop of ice cream on top of each brownie. Put them in the freezer to freeze the ice cream to the cake. Use a pastry bag and cover the ice cream with meringue. Stick them in the oven under the broiler to cook the meringue. You can also use a blow torch.
Of course that's impressive. |

Make calzones, pocket sandwiches, piroshki, or pizza pockets.
Make a lot. Freeze some for quick dinners on busy nights.
