Your support during the 2022 election made sure Oregon elected a Democratic Governor and state legislators who stand ready to defend and advance our fundamental right to make reproductive choices. As you know, since Roe v Wade was overturned, support for reproductive freedom at the state level is more important than ever.

This year, Republicans in the Oregon Senate have introduced multiple bills aimed at stripping Oregonians of the right to an abortion. They've openly promised to continue their strategy of obstruction, and we know they're going to target our Democratic team, including coordinated attacks against our first-term legislators in the next election.

Republican Rep. Tracy Cramer said at the recent anti-choice rally at Oregon’s Capitol that “I am a very proud ‘pro-life’ woman… Isn’t it incredible that Roe v. Wade was overturned in 2022?!”
The GOP will be targeting our Democratic legislators with the same energy and huge coffers as they had in 2022. We must continue to support our winning programs now so we go into 2024 strong and ready for their assault.

Over 1000 Oregonians attended the January 28th Anti-Choice rally in Salem. The GOP locally and nationally, despite their losses in 2022, have not let up. They are determined, zealous and tireless, and we cannot take them for granted.
