You’ll learn how to:

➤ Create a vision board that captures the FULL ESSENCE of your imagined, rocking life: love, abundance, creativity, spirituality, health, and happiness.

➤ Adopt a “This… or better!” mindset for every element you include.

➤ See the “End Result” in your images, bypassing the “hows” of your arrival.

➤ Include details, even pictures of other people, without attachment.

➤ Infuse your vision board with emotional excitement and joy.

You’ll want to bring:

➤ Paper (canvas, poster board, printer paper, journal, etc.)

➤ Pens, colored pencils, paints, scissors, glue, tape.

➤ Magazines, articles, inspiring quotes.

➤ Fave photos of yourself (possibly with loved ones).

➤ Anything else that inspires you!
