Hi Achternaam, Gardening takes a bit of time and energy. But why do I keep doing it, even now that itβs just my husband and I living in our home? Well, itβs largely because I can grow delicious, nutritious food for ourselves and save a lot of money on groceries. Plus, since I can, I donβt have to worry about wasting fresh produce either. Also, I just really enjoy it. I love being outside, tending my plants, hearing the birds sing, getting some exercise, and spending time in the fresh air and sunshine. With all of those benefits, I encourage you to consider incorporating gardening into your routine this year too, even if it's starting with a small indoor herb garden or a few potted plants on a balcony. If gardening is something totally new to you or if you consider yourself an expert, I want to share about an incredibly valuable event called the Spring Gardening Summit thatβs happening later this month! There will be presentations covering everything from starting seeds, raised bed design, to growing fruit in small spaces. Get your free ticket here.
