On April 16, U.S. District Court Judge Tim Kelly proved what you and I have known all along -- the seditious conspiracy trial of the Proud Boys is a show trial, the kind you’d expect in a corrupt communist country or Iran.
Judge Kelly had the dishonest gall to claim:
“There Is No Evidence of Government Misconduct, Let Alone Misconduct Warranting Dismissal, a Mistrial, or Other Sanctions…”

He’s an establishment hack…and he’s shredding the Bill of Rights to make an example of the members of the Proud Boys.
Let me tell you, the fix is in:
✓ The FBI KNOWS the Proud Boys are likely innocent, but before this low IQ judicial establishment hack, they have not gotten a fair shake to prove their innocence.
✓ The FBI planted a snitch inside the defense team of disabled U.S. Marine and Proud Boy, Zach Rehl, since April, 2021…but revealed that only on March 22, 2023.
✓ And now Judge Kelly denies legal motions critical to the defense relating to exculpatory evidence that could clear the Proud Boys and others of alleged crimes!
I’m reminded of what Zach told his wife:
“They are jailing innocent people on bogus and trumped-up charges because those people simply supported the sitting president at the time; which is absolutely insane. If you think it can’t happen to you, look at me, because if it can happen to me, trust me, it can happen to you.”
