SKY KIDS' LUCY MURPHY IS IN!

This week, we are thrilled to announce that Sky Kids chief LUCY MURPHY has joined our Kidscreen Awards 2025 judging panel.

As Director of Kids Content for Sky in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, Lucy is responsible for all of the broadcaster's children's programming.

This includes eight live partner channels, a library of more than 10,000 on-demand episodes, and a Sky Kids linear channel that launched in 2023 to run brand-new originals and franchise favorites.

Lucy’s role encompasses acquisitions and commissioning original content for kids up to age 12 in all genres, including games and interactive.

The Kidscreen Awards program is a high-profile celebration of children's content excellence paying tribute to outstanding TV and digital media work that keeps kids and families entertained around the world. More than 500 entries from around the world are received each year in 50-plus categories spanning programming, broadcasting, digital media and podcasts.

The online entry window for Kidscreen Awards 2025 is officially open until
Friday, September 13. Winners will be announced at a fun and prestigious awards ceremony taking place during Kidscreen Summit 2025 (February 9-12, San Diego), the global kids entertainment industry's biggest gathering of the year.
