Celebrate with your chosen family at SAAM’s Pride Family Day. March to the beat of DC’s Different Drummers, dance to the sounds of Afro-Brazilian group Batala, and enjoy the acapella music of Snowday. There is something for everyone with hands-on crafts, a chance to strike a pose in our photo booth station, and face painting for visitors ages 12 and younger. Explore the galleries to learn more about LGBTQ+ artists in SAAM’s collection with an art scavenger hunt and enjoy a special menu offered by the Courtyard Café.
