In early 2001, I caught my first glimpse of the “freedom” lifestyle I knew I wanted to live.
With the internet exploding…
I made my first $60 online and recognized the massive opportunity to sell my fitness knowledge at scale.
Only problem?
I was still a dead-broke personal trainer chained to the gym 12 hours a day.
So each morning I would get up around 4 am (much as I still do) and work on my online business for 20-30 minutes…
Then I’d hop on the subway to go train Toronto’s richest people.
Those early mornings working for myself allowed me to build a 6-figure business and stop trading time for money in a sweaty gym.
But soon I hit a “glass ceiling”.
No matter what I did…
I couldn’t seem to grow my business past $400-500k.
And even though I was making pretty good money…
My dream of becoming a millionaire felt like it was slowly fading away.
