The fastest mile run on spring-loaded stilts is 7 minutes and 38 seconds.

The fastest 100 meter dash is Usain Bolt’s incredible 9.58 seconds.

The most wooden toilet seats broken with the head in a minute is Kevin Shelly’s (oddly impressive) 46.

What do all these things have in common?

Efficiency. Ruthless elimination of “not to do’s”. Practice. Feedback. Improvement.

And the result... is optimal performance.

Now, you might think “OK… But I’m not here to smash toilet seats with my face or run on stilts.”

Well, the good news is you can implement the same ruthless efficiency to become a hyperproductive and wickedly efficient machine.

Which will make all the difference in closing more deals, growing your bottom line, finally writing that book, or simply getting home in time for dinner each night.

Friends & clients often call me “The World’s Most Disciplined Man,” but the truth is I’m really not that disciplined.

What I am is a master of efficient systematization.

Systems of steel allow me to get more done in a day than most people do in two weeks.

So today, I’m sharing 3 of my most powerful “Tactical Time Management” systems to help ramp up your productivity.

1. Values & Vision Drive Every Decision

When a Navy SEAL team plans a new operation, they always begin with a mission…

an overarching vision of what must be accomplished.

Whether it’s to kill a bad guy or gather intelligence on a high-value target…

Every mission is built around one clear purpose and every individual knows their specific role to accomplish the objective.

But SEALs aren’t driven only by the mission (the ‘what’).

Their values of efficiency, loyalty, mission-focus, perseverance, and a willingness to embrace adversity also determine how they accomplish their missions.

Just like the SEALs, I know you too want to achieve big things.

That’s why you must create a specific vision for what you want to achieve and a clear set of values for how you will achieve it.

Without that foundation, you’re like a ship with no rudder…

Drifting through the water without a compass to guide you to your destination.

So let me ask…

What is your vision? What do you want to do, have, and be in this life?

What are the values you’ll uphold? What are the things you will and will not tolerate on your path to success and the things most important to you?

If your vision is to build an 8-figure business but your most important value is your family…

Then you must structure your weeks and days in a way that allows you to spend quality time with your kids, and go for weekly date nights with your spouse, while still growing your empire.

Listen, with enough hard work and persistence, you can do, have, and be anything you desire.

So take 15 minutes to write down a vision for your life and clearly identify the non-negotiable values on your path to success.

Do this today.

You’ll thank me later.

2. Your 90-Day Success Blueprint

In the same way SEAL Teams have a single mission objective (like taking out Osama Bin Laden)...

…And then execute that mission by following a series of action steps (jumping out of a helicopter, kicking in a door, or providing cover fire)...

You too must break down your big vision into small actions that can be executed daily, weekly, and monthly.

The process is simple…

After looking at your vision, ask yourself, “What is the most important thing I can accomplish in the next 90 days to achieve this?”

My vision for 2023 is to help 1,000 entrepreneurs double their income while working ten fewer hours each week.

To do this, I need to close 250 new clients every 90 days, 20 clients a week, or roughly three clients daily.

So I sit down at the beginning of each quarter to strategically plan what must be accomplished and by when to achieve my goal.

This quick video walks you through that process and shows how I plan my quarters: https://youtu.be/AddfTKzVA8M

As simple as this seems, few entrepreneurs take the time to actually develop this clarity of focus. And it shows in their results.

But by creating clear metrics, daily, weekly, and monthly missions, and turning success into a numbers-based game…

You will radically increase the odds of reaching your goals and living the life you desire.

3. Create Your Not-to-Do List

To maximize your performance and achieve your big dreams…

You must realize that what you don’t do is just as important (if not more important) than the things you are doing.

Think about it…

You can workout 2-hours a day, but if you only sleep four hours at night and live off pop tarts and Oreos…

You won’t make any progress and will likely destroy your body trying.

Similarly, you can make $500k+ per year…

But if you spend it frivolously or fail to invest in good tax strategy and accounting — you might still end the month broke.

Heck, you can even have the best sales team in the world and killer marketing…

But if you engage in unethical activities and sabotage your reputation, you’re going to fail (Wolf of Wall Street anyone?).

Even with a bulletproof plan for success in your daily life…

If you get distracted by social media, side hustles, and requests on your time that don’t serve your ultimate vision… you’ll never be able to execute on the plan you’ve created.

That’s why you must create a “Not To Do List” that sets clear boundaries for the habits and activities in your life.

For example, my 2023 Not-To-Do list looks something like this:

- I will not take calls before 10 a.m.

- I will not upload my own videos to Instagram

- I will not speak at any event that isn’t paying me $25,000 or more

- I will not do interviews with podcasts that have fewer than 1,000 downloads per show

This keeps me from getting distracted by shiny objects and other people’s problems — and protects my time and energy to focus on my most important priorities.

Right now, before you close this email…

Take a minute and just start your “Not-to-list” (you can finish it later, but whip out a piece of paper or your “notes” app and write down 2-3 time / energy wasters you want to eliminate from your life ASAP).

This alone can save you six to eight hours this week.

And if you follow all three of these steps for just 21 days…

I promise you will find yourself with more free time than ever in your post-college life.

Your processes will be so effective you’ll end your days thinking, “Man…I feel like I should be working more. But I’m already done.”

And that is when you’ll become unstoppable, master your time, and start achieving 12-month goals in 90-days or less.

Success Loves Speed,

Craig
