It’s all about learning, teaching and inspiring, and that’s what we have here. Two generations of the Denver jazz scene coming together to present the results of those qualities! From the seasoned veterans of Big Swing Trio, featuring Andy Weyl on piano, Mark Diamond on bass, and Paul Romaine on drums, now in their 37th year of creating and performing together, to the torch carrying team of The Annie Booth Trio with Annie Booth on piano, Patrick McDevitt on bass, and Alejandro Castaño on drums, now in their 10th year together, who are blazing new trails musically, individually and as a working group. Each band will present their own set, and then both groups will join forces to create a union of the old and the new for a memorable performance and keeping jazz alive!
