Seeing Abstractly

Instructor: Donna Moore

Painting abstractly begins with seeing abstractly. Reinforce the fundamental techniques that enable artists to break down and simplify compositions. Traditional design basics generate balance, unity, and dynamic structures through the recognition of prevailing shapes, sensitive color, patterns, and visual texture found in any subject matter. Practice builds through both drawing and painting.
