To put it frankly, this kitty isn’t a big fan of the shelter. Frisee’s been shy and reserved during his stay, but has shown glimpses of his friendly and loving side! He can be nervous in new places, but with the help of time and some tasty treats Frisee starts enjoying attention on his terms from his human friends. We love you Frisee!!!
