Shelby Liston, 79, a former Hampton VA employee has a stash of old photos, memorabilia and historical records from the Old Soldiers Home, a hospital for Black Union soldiers that became the Hampton VA Medical Center. On Dec. 14, the facility will celebrate 150th years of service to veterans and its legacy.
