South Korea’s Studio TNT came to AAS 2018 ready to blow things up with its pitch for Hero Circle. And just two years later, the show is now airing in Korea on public broadcaster EBS and CJ ENM’s Tooniverse channel, as well as on OTT platforms LAFTEL and WAVVE, where it’s one of the top five most-watched kids shows. Next up, TNT is looking to secure international broadcasters for the series, and is developing a game app for Android that will be released in October.

Registration for AAS 2020 is now open, and a $200 Early-Bird discount is in effect until Friday, August 28. In light of the continued uncertainty around the coronavirus pandemic, Kidscreen has adjusted its cancellation policy for AAS so that if it’s not possible to produce a live event because of COVID-19, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
