A Message From the Editor

Good morning. New gen AI-powered tools continue to hit the market. Yesterday, legal research giants LexisNexis and Thomson Reuters both introduced new offerings—from LexisNexis, upgrades to Lexis+ AI, including improved research and drafting capabilites, plus the integration of Shepard's tools, and from Thomson Reuters, a new skill for Westlaw Precision with CoCounsel called Claims Explorer, which allows users to better identify potential claims and counterclaims that match the facts of their case. You can read about both announcements in today's newsletter.
