A fence put up Wednesday night to keep students off what's left of the Bayou Fountain bridge at Tigerland didn't do much to keep students out of a construction zone on the way to area bars. Terell Wilkins went out there last night and found the chain-link obstacle wasn't much of an obstacle at all.

Is it possible to flunk(y) constitutional law?

Louisiana's attorney general wants to see an LSU journalism professor punished for calling a state worker a "flunkie" in a tweet Webster's defines a flunky as someone who does relatively menial tasks for someone else. The AG had someone attend a Faculty Senate meeting and read a letter attacking coronavirus vaccines. (The professor did, however, misspell flunky.)

Inflation climbs 6.8 percent
