1. TikTok Still Has to Sell Its Business to the US

Remember how we said TikTok's owner, ByteDance, hadn't heard from the US government for a while? Well, they have now, and have to get the sale done by November 27. Walmart and Oracle still look like the way things will go, too.

2. Twitter Labels Misleading Election Tweets

Twitter's new Civic Integrity Policy resulted in around 300,000 Tweets labeled as potentially misleading during our most recent election. That's about .2% of all related Tweets sent during that time. Not too bad, then? You decide.

3. Nintendo Moved a Ton of Switches in October

According to the latest NPD numbers, Nintendo sold more than 735,000 Switch and Switch Lites during the past month, achieving what the company calls its "best October sales to date." Seems like they're doing well even without a next-generation console, eh? Content is, indeed, king.
