It's the end of an era in Bel Air. In a $35 million deal, the late actress Yvette Mimieux's one-of-a-kind compound has swapped hands to Tinder co-founder Sean Rad. Dubbed Il Sogno (“The Dream”), the property consists of a 1920s Tuscan villa-style mansion and a Balinese-style ancillary residence with lush gardens, two swimming pools and a grotto spa. Elsewhere, Vanessa Hudgens has sold her stylish Los Feliz home and returned to Studio City. The “High School Musical” actress doled out $7.5 million for her new home, a hilltop spread that includes an infinity pool, grassy terraces and panoramic valley views.
