Twenty-eight percent of workers who haven't been vaccinated would think about lying about their vaccination status, even forging documents, to avoid being fired, according to a Qualtrics study. "The goal for organizations must be to put in place appropriate safety guidelines while keeping the relationships between employer and employee intact," says Qualtrics' Benjamin Granger.

I ate until I hurt on Thanksgiving -- turkey, gravy, collard greens (oh my gosh those were amazing!), cornbread and sweet potato pie. Afterward, I stretched out on the ground to let my food settle and watch the Raiders beat the Cowboys in overtime. It was wonderful.

But Friday I felt it. The jeans definitely felt more snug as I dressed for Black Friday shopping. So I read with interest today’s Health & Wellness story about meal planning. It’s a good practice and one that will save me from the usual holiday weight gain.
