Local reps’ bill would prevent courts from hearing challenges to abortion laws under Issue 1

With a newly introduced “Issue 1 Implementation Act,” two local state representatives hope to prevent state courts from hearing challenges to Ohio abortion laws after Ohioans voted last November to enshrine abortion protections in the state constitution.
