Apple among major firms that apparently trained AI using YouTube videos without creators' consent

The companies describe in their research papers and posts how they used the content to train AI, an investigation claims

Major companies developing artificial intelligence technology have been using content from thousands of YouTube videos to train their AI models without first obtaining permission from creators, Proof News and Wired claimed on Tuesday.
