(March 8, 2016) - I was sitting in my kitchen eating breakfast the other day and I heard birds singing. Wow! That triggered thoughts of summer and camping. Hence, I began to plan a summer camping trip. I got to thinking, camping trips don't have to be epic coast-to-coast affairs, it would be interesting to plan a week-long camping trip and never get more than an hour from Menomonie.

Fernie RV Resort welcoming campers this spring
(March 8, 2016) - On Apr. 1, the Fernie RV Resort will be open to the public. The first phase of sites will include 115 spots and employ 10 full time staff, and as the resort expands additional staff will be needed. The resorts final number of sites is planned to be 250.
