Good morning, New Orleans. The recent surge in coronavirus cases in Louisiana could reasonably be considered the second wave, according to data analyst Jeff Asher. As cases trace back to summer parties, graduation soirees and college bars, it makes officials and Louisianans wonder: Is the surge because of young adults? Asher says that by looking at case numbers for people below 30 years old, those figures would seem to support the assertion that young people are increasing cases. But he also adds that it's more complicated than that, and it's because of testing and other case figures.
