Top telly to beat the January blues
This January sees the return of some of our favourite reality shows, as well as a whole host of new entertainment. So as the long wintry hibernation continues, we've rounded up the best bits on TV to see you through the month.

White House Farm, ITV
Wednesday 8th January, 9pm
