Bar Đêm, a new speakeasy above its sister spot Dzô Viet Eatery, serves up cocktails and non-traditional Vietnamese snacks, like “photine” or a charcuterie board that’s basically a deconstructed banh mi. To find it, head down the alley and look for the glowing red lanterns.
