Good morning,

WiseTech Global's founder and CEO Richard White has the backing of his board but there are active discussions about the billionaire taking leave as he deals with a string of sensational allegations that have surfaced concerning his private life, writes columnist Eric Johnston.

Meanwhile, Sydney pub baron Jon Adgemis’s hospitality business allegedly traded while insolvent for three years. An administrator said the former KPMG dealmaker withdrew $475,000, plus a further $9m through a related entity, from the teetering business prior to its collapse.

And Country Road Group has pushed through a restructure and clean-out of its senior leadership teams , especially at its flagship brand, as it seeks to improve its online presence and reposition all the fashion and apparel labels within its stable.
