A bluff-top home in Malibu that boasts one of the most famous refrigerators in the world has popped up for sale at $35 million. Dutch-born former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Yolanda Hadid, mother to supermodels Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid, installed the glass-fronted produce fridge that went on to have its own Instagram account. Hadid sold the 11,700-square-foot home in 2015 for $19.5 million to private equity kingpin Robert F. Smith, who several years later leased it to reality TV star and beauty mogul Kylie Jenner for a reported $450,000 per month. In other sports-related news, Russian pro hockey player Vladimir Tarasenko has added a swanky condo to his South Florida property portfolio, and NBA star Chris Paul has tossed his L.A. home on the market for $16.5 million.
